Healty Transitions LLC provides client-centered massage therapy services. The term "client-centered" means that the therpists takes time to learn about the clients health history, stressors, health goals & lifestyle. We will then work together toward sessions that compliment the client's goals in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Taking time to rest, unwind and restore helps to reduce stress and is an important part of maintaining a sense of wellness.
