Welcome to my practice and new office in New Market, MD - opened in July 2006.  I am co-located with Linganore Counseling & Wellness along with several talented therapists and wellness professionals.

My goal is to provide client-centered massage therapy services.  The term "client-centered" means that the therpists takes time to learn about the clients healthy history, stressors, health goals & lifestyle.  We will then work together toward sessions that compliment the client's goals in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.  Taking time to rest, unwind and restore helps to reduce stress and is an important part of maintaining a sense of wellness.  I hope you will consider making Massage Therapy a part of your health & wellness plan.  I look forward to working with you to meet that goal.
